MEET REBECCA
Rebecca was born in South County and attended the University of Rhode Island graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. From there, she moved to New York City to pursue a career in publishing at Conde Nast with an emphasis on marketing and events. After 5 years in the bright lights of Manhattan, Rebecca returned to the Ocean State where she was the wedding planner at Relais & Chateau property, The Castle Hill Inn & Resort where she planned and executed over 80 weddings per season.
In 2012, Rebecca switched gears to the world of Real Estate. Harnessing her proven expertise in marketing and sales, combined with strong organization and customer service skills, real estate was a smart next step. Working for internationally recognized luxury brands such as Conde Nast and Relais & Chateaux, it was a natural progression to work under the Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella. In 2023, Rebecca received her designation as an Accredited Staging Partner from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. According to the National Association of REALTORS (R), “When staging a home, 23% of sellers’ agents reported an increase of 1-5% of the dollar value offered by buyers, in comparison to similar homes.” Rebecca will use existing seller furniture, and will also bring in additional soft goods, greenery, and décor from her personal collection. “I will rearrange and refresh the interior so that the property shows in its best light, always with the goal of selling the property quickly and for the highest price. Curating property interiors is one of the most powerful marketing tools in a digitally driven real estate market.'
